My First One...be gentle!
Well, this morning marks a turning point (not really at all).

I found my first gray hair. No no, it was more white than gray. This coupled with my quickly receding hairline promises to make me a prime candadate for the Newport Sunny Side Nurseing Home within the year.

Well we can't stay young and beautiful for ever, but in my case even one month would have been nice.

Today is my first day on my regular shift. I feel like its the first day of school. I hope the other kids are nice to me. I hope I don't screw up.

My mail has yet to reach me. I have been without mail for almost 3 weeks now. I am starting to worrie. I have 39 dollars in the account I have access to, that is another cause for concern. My ATM card for the account with the money is, of cource, in the mail. Monday I will have to call the post office.

People are assholes when they don't have to speak face-to-face. Let the highs build you up and shake off the negatives. Remember, if you're waiting for yesterday to get better, tomorrow will pass you by. Wake up each day and say 5 times "Today is going to be a great day" DO IT. AND SMILE DAMNIT! It will literally make your day better...guaranteed. Advice for sleeping...if I cannot sleep, I just imagine a stage with all sorts of curtains. The first rolls up, the second is pulled to the side, the third to the other side, another rolls up, the next the corners are pulled up, et cetera. I find that if I expect peacefulness behind the next curtain, I fall to sleep relatively quickly. Just a thought!
