I couldn't work out for a few days cause my shoulder has been killing me. Today I grinned and bore it.
Although I did find whats making it worse...I have been sleeping with that shoulder dug into the matress. Stupid me.
Today is Friday!!

Weekend plans:
Maybe San Diego with Brian, if not
Tennis with Dan, and maybe lunch with Jess
Firefly is awesome...I managed to keep it too 1 episode last night....sigh...so proud.
