New Updates Straight From Gagnon's Joke Himself [07 Feb 2006|02:21am]
[ mood | impressed ]
[ music | Breathy, Strings, Piano, Perfect ]

If you Like the band "Evanescence" then you will love the band "Leaves' Eyes" they have an norwegan as their lead singer, and her voice is like spreadable sex on the air.

Finnaly our generation is producing good music, amazing vocals from these two women (Amy Lee, and Liv Kristine Espenaes Krull). Going with their gothic personas their songs sound like they were sung in empty cathedrals expanding sound echoing in the rocky grottos and chapels, shaking thier very buttresess.

In a pretintious moment of sure brilliance, Gagnon's Joke (who isn't know for his spelling) gives the band Leaves' Eyes 4 thumbs up, thats 2 on the hand and 2 on the foot for those counting.

Watched the City of God today. A exsquisite movie, extremely powerful. Jess you wanted a review, a review you will get. Directed by Fernando Meirelles, City of God, which is based on a real story is a rocket-sled ride through the bullet torn gettos of Rio de Janeiro. The poor and the homeless, cluttering the cities founders dream for a utopean metropolis, are transplanted from the city streets to a controled housing project called City of God, that quickly becomes a getto where the rule of the gun reigns supreme.
Our protagonist, is an aspiring photographer, who takes us through the history of the City of God and the history of the characters he grew up with.
The film is extremely powerful and engageing. But no film is complete with out a thought provoking question, Thank you Proffesor Feliu!
For me that question was: When is an area, a population, a society truly beyond help? Is there a point when laws and government should stop trying? Do "we" ever even have a right to try to control?

Anyway, time for a shower still sweaty from working out. Night all.

The Changing Tides. [07 Feb 2006|08:58pm]
[ mood | aggravated ]
[ music | Heartbeat in My Ears ]

Well I was all set to write about love and choices, till my roommate got home.
She has been keeping an illegal dog in her room, one that I thought was an "understood" acceptablity by the apartment complex. However it turns out that it was not. Now we have an eviction notice on our door, we can either move out or too the first floor where our rent will go up by 100 a month. My roommate says she is going to leave if they make us move to the first floor, which leaves me with no roommate and unable to pay the full rent. I said that I would leave too, cause this place is too exspensive for me, then she sniped at me that that would make us break the lease and have to pay an extra months rent.

ARRRRGGG. Today I had just finnaly managed to get some money, eat something, get gas, go to the beach, and relax. Now....
If they didn't make us pay more and she would stay, moving wouldn't be that bad for me...I have nothing in the way of furniture. This was why I said I didn't want to live with other people. I can handle my own stupidites, mistakes, qureks, but when it comes to others...foogget-aboudit.

Right now we are playing the waiting game...will the managers post another note...or let us "get rid" of the dog. If the damn thing didn't yip so lound it wouldn't be a problem. What a miserable little creature that dog is...would have been better at the pound where it came from. Locked in a room, sprayed with deoderant, smacked everytime it gets close to her masters cloths, its enough to make me......ya'll know the rest.

The Rant..... [07 Feb 2006|09:21pm]
[ mood | pissed off ]
[ music | Evenacense and LOUD ]

WHY WHY WHY??!!?!?!?!
What the fuck? Does no one have comon sense any more??? Who am I to talk, but I mean, COME ON. I played the risk in an appartment complex before, but it was MY LIFE I was fucking with, not someone else's.
I mean where do you get off inviting another person in to pay for a room, and not mentioning that their might be potential problems??
WHO THE FUCK IS SHE TO OWN A PET?? She is too busy trying to make her career work so she can live in a life style that she can compare to the Television Show the OC, which is fucking filmed in Hawaii, cause the OC's weather isn't good enough. Which has to say something right there..

She cares more about appearances than living beings, she hits her dog everytime it touches her designer cloths, which is all of them. That poor dog wants nothing more than to just be loved and held, and petted. She wont let it out of her room, she wont let it on the bed. She lets it yelp outside her door while she gets her holes filled by what ever Designer Trash she can drag in that might be pulling in 6 figures. Its smell offends her so she sprays it with Febreez. She should wear a fucking sign: I AM YOUR SPERM DUMPSTER IF YOU MAKE 6 FIGURES.
Who am I to judge? I am no one, I don't have the right, but the best part of life is that THERE ARE NO RULES. Only the rules you chose to live by, if you don't like em change em. I enjoy judging people, not even because it makes me feel better about me, but because I feel like someone should, and fuck it, thats good enough for me.
I don't think she has any clue how to be geniune, and she certainly can't hold a conversation with me for more than 2mins. Me, "How was Vegas?" Her, "It was too much" Me, "Did you have fun?" Her "Well it was too long" Me, "So anything new?" Her, "Oh we might have to move cause of my dog." Me, "What?" her, "Yeah, sucks. I Hate this place though, its too run down, If they make us move I am just going to find somewhere else." Me, "Well, I guess I will go too, cause this place is a bit to exspensive for me." Her, "Shpish, yeah it is. We both can't leave, cause then we will have to pay an extra months rent." Me, "Oh" Her, "Night"
Wow.

Times like this, I wish I owned a gun and thought Necrophilia was cool. Graphic? Well this is a journal.

The Good In Everyone: [07 Feb 2006|09:45pm]
[ mood | calm ]
[ music | Dido - No Angle (Fitting) ]

Yes "The" good, not "There Is."

Here is a list of my Roommates good qualities (I am forcing myself to write this):
She is beautiful
She has never said a bad thing about me
She has never said a bad thing about anyone
She has called me every OTHER time she was going to impose
She is tall (Hey give me a break)
She did rescue her dog from the pound
She works hard for her lifestyle
She is soft spoken

Honestly thats all I can think off. There, there IS good in most everyone.

PS You know why I hate sluts? Honestly its cause I want to have that much sex, its envy turned into hate, masked in self-rightchousness. An honest moment about me.
